Missouri has banned abortion since the fetal heart rate is detected

The Legislative Assembly of Missouri on Friday approved a bill banning abortions as soon as the fetal heart rate is detected, adding to the state of others who have applied restrictions to the termination of pregnancy.

The law, pbaded with great support from the legislature controlled by the Republican majority, it will ban abortions by about eight weeks of gestation.
