MINNEAPOLIS – Maya Moore, star of the Lynx, won her third title of world champion stars to lead Team Parker in front of Team Delle Donne 119-112 in the match stars of the WNBA on Saturday.
Moore scored 18 points, grabbed eight rebounds and took six badists to win the MVP title on her home turf. She joined Lisa Leslie as the only player par excellence three times and became the best scorer of all time in the history of stars, surpbading the 108 points of Tamika Catchings.
Chicago Sky Allie Quigley also scored 18 points Skylar Diggins-Smith added 17 points, eight rebounds and eight badists for Team Parker.
Kristi Tolliver of the Delle Donne Team Washington Mystics has dominated all scorers with 23 points, including 7-in-11 over 3-point. Rookie A ja Wilson of the Aces de Los Vegas added 18 points
Liz Cambage crowned the game with a dunk, becoming the sixth different player to do so in the game.
Eskewing the traditional East counter- For the first time in the Western league, the league left skippers Elena Delle Donne Mystics and Candace Parker Los Angeles Sparks choose their team among the best players of the All-Star. Four players from the home town of Minnesota Lynx were selected for the match, two on each line, creating a festive atmosphere with the crowd cheering for both teams throughout the match. Moore and Brunson (four points, five rebounds) played for the victorious team, while Seimone Augustus (14 points) and Sylvia Fowles (two points, six rebounds) played for the Delle Donne team [19659012] PASSING THE TORCH
