More provinces added to provide additional pay to gas station employees

The Mendocina Association of Naphtias and Allied Suppliers, the Chamber of San Juan Dust Collectors and their counterpart of San Luis, have agreed with the Union of Workers of the Union of Gas Stations of Cuyo, D & C Increase the salaries of the personnel included in the CCT 327/00

The commitment stamped in the regional delegation of the Ministry of Labor, establishes that the increase will be granted in two successive installments as of the month of July, as established by Decree 508/18.

According to the regulations, the " simplified voluntary scheme for the adjustment of collective bargaining for the 2018 pay year" will apply to workers in a relationship of dependency to the private sector , included in Law No. 14,250 which concluded wage negotiations during the year, or with effect during the current year, until the entry into force of the measure.

Similarly, the Crypte minutes by businessmen and trade unionists determined that on December 24 and 31 "the sale of fuel to the public will stop from 10 pm to 6 am the next day, "leaving the duty staff in the facility for emergency badistance.

Beyond this agreement, the parties will renegotiate before the end of the year to badyze the wage situation with respect to inflation.
