A mother and her daughter were charged on Thursday in Chicago, Illinois (USA), of first degree murder for death by strangulation of Marlen Ochoa-López, a 19-year-old woman with 9 months of pregnancy and whose baby was torn from her belly.
Clarisa Figueroa, 46, and her daughter Desiree, 24, they face charges of first degree murder for the death of the girl, who was due to give birth on May 5th. Her disappearance was reported on April 23, the same day she went to the home of the accused located in the southwest of the city.
Piotr Bobak, 41, and boyfriend of Clarissa, has been accused of helping to conceal a homicide.

According to deputy chief of Chicago Police Detectives Brendan Deenihan, the victim went to Clarissa Figueroa's home to pick up clothes and a baby car, and once inside the baby kidnapped from his belly.
Shortly after, according to the police investigation, Clarisa Figueroa called the emergency number 911 to warn that the newborn was having difficulty breathing, after which he was transported to critical condition at a nearby hospital where he is in intensive care and suffering from brain damage.

Similarly, inside the house were found remains of blood, burned clothes and containers containing cleaning fluid, as well as the body of the victim in a garbage can in the yard.
Authorities arrested the two women and two men.
The medical examiner's office confirmed Wednesday that the remains correspond to Marlen Ochoa-López, the same day her husband, 20, asked for justice for the death of the young woman and a vigil was held in a local church.
