NBA summer league: Grayson Allen, Trae Young get into the physical altercation, shoot technical fouls

Well, we knew that it was only a matter of time. Grayson Allen, keeper of Utah Jazz, who was suspended during his junior season at Duke for tripping his opponents several times, played his first NBA altercation in a match against the Atlanta Hawks in Utah Jazz Summer League Thursday.

The blame will probably go to Allen because of his reputation, but that kind of thing happens all the time in the NBA. Allen may have held the chicken wing a little too long, which pushed Young to aggressively repel Allen. Then Allen gave Young a small shoulder to the lower limbs.

Both were to blame, and both were badessed technical faults. People will get a lot out of it, but this is not the last time that Allen will physically be with an opponent. The Jazz clearly thinks that he will be able to keep his cool, otherwise they would not have taken him to 21st in the repechage last month.
