A 7-year-old girl was admitted Thursday to the block of mothers and children of Escuela Hospital, in the Honduran town of Tegucigalpa, with scissors in her head.

The mother of the child, Raquel Zúniga, took him to the 5th station of the fire department located in the neighborhood of El Carrizal.
