New evidence in Ana María Castro case would acquit Paul Naranjo

The case of the death of Ana María Castro had a new twist on August 9, when a new video was released in full court which would give rise to new hypotheses on the fact. The material was filmed by a security camera at the Tolima junkyard, located near Calle 80 with Carrera 68K, and we see how the young woman gets out of Paúl Naranjo’s truck. With this registration, the man would seek to no longer be held responsible for the fact.

“The footage shows Ana María Castro and Mateo Reyes got out of the car alive and my client started slowly and calmly. This new evidence leads us to stress that no wrongful death and less femicide is configured, as indicated by the Office of the Prosecutor, ”said John Cadena, defender of Paúl Naranjo, who assured that his client will not accept charges of femicide or abuse death.
