The national government ordered suspend the entry and exit of flights to and from Great Britain from this Monday 21, as a preventive measure, due to the epidemiological situation in this country, after having declared theThe appearance of the new strain of covid-19.

In this context, and on the basis of the recommendations of the Ministry of Health, a press release from the Ministry of the Interior indicated that it had been decided only allow the arrival of British Airways flight BA245 – which arrived at Ezeiza international airport this morning at 9:10 a.m. -, under strict protocol conditions.

The passengers, as well as the crew, they must serve a quarantine of 7 days, once they have proven the conditions to enter the country: a PCR test with negative result and covid assurance.

In this sense, and before the arrival of the only flight that will arrive from Great Britain, the Ministry of Health in collaboration with the Ministry of Transport and the National Directorate for Migration (DNM), depending on the Ministry of the Interior, are leading a special operation in Ezeiza to control the arrival of passengers and crew, as well as the transfer to the sites where they will perform isolation.

In the meantime, the DNM will reliably inform the jurisdictions in which passengers and crew have made their home in the affidavit, in order to monitor strict compliance with mandatory isolation.
