Outrage of the grandfather who scrapes cars: he is 79 years old, he has damaged more than a thousand in one year and they can not stop him

A 79-year-old man has a whole city in suspense. Is he a murderer? No, it's a car strip. From January 2018 to today, it is estimated that more than a thousand units have been struck out. And not only that: it also introduces chopsticks into vehicle locks to prevent them from opening normally.

The old man moves in the city of Vigo, Spain. He already has firm convictions. Others are in a judicial institution. He was arrested altogether twelve times and, in case of multiple recidivism, he could suffer a fine of more than 16 thousand euros.

In 2015, he was sentenced for similar acts and last December he had to go to another trial but he did not show up. Now he has a search and capture order on his back. But it continues to work: so far this year, the police have attributed 120 scrapes to vehicles.

"This is the old man who scrapes cars and sticks sticks in locks.If you see him, he monitors and calls the police", indicates a sign that Vigo's neighbors hit the streets and shops of the city next to his photo.

"A boy who left with the car recently bought from the dealer was scratched," said one of the Spanish TV neighbors. "He scratched my son twice," said another. "When he sticks the chopsticks, there is no way to open the cars. We have to disbademble the lock and remove the inner panel"explained the owner of a local workshop in which this man works a lot.

"We call the police, but they tell us that Being an old gentleman can not do anything", lamented another man in dialogue with a Spanish newspaper.The forces are trying to demonstrate a mental pathology.So, according to Article 236 of the Spanish Penal Code, he was taken to the hospital in a specialized center.
