Patricia Bullrich insulted a neighbor who reprimanded her for the disappearance followed by the death of Santiago Maldonado. The security minister was eating at a restaurant in Colonia de Sacramento, Uruguay, when another guest recognized him and claimed for the crime.

"Because of you, Santiago Maldonado has disappeared," said the woman. Bullrich lost control and cut her off, visibly upset, with a "Go to the bading mother who's bored." The discussion was even longer, in that tone, until many of the people on the scene intervened to calm the situation.

The minister was spending the weekend in Cologne, pausing after the defeat of the ruling party at the OSP. One of the people in the area where Bullrich was trying to escape was filming the scene, which quickly became viral.
