The Penal Code of Coahuila provides for penalties of up to six years in prison and a fine of up to 1,200 days, or more than 123,000 pesos, for the dissemination of this type of image. from people over 18 years old. In the case of minors, these penalties rise to seven years in prison and 1,500 days of punishment, or 154,000 pesos.
