Keim failed the field sobriety test alone – he did – following a light with his eyes – and told the police that he was unable to do the physical tests. Keim was later arrested at 12:47 using two pairs of handcuffs because of his height, the report noted.
He was charged with impaired driving / drugs / vapors, a misdemeanor. He was quoted and released at 1:55 am
