Pope Francis expels a priest from Ciudad del Este for allegations of abuse

Brazilian priest Jean Rogers Rodrigo de Sousa has been "relieved of his duties as secretary", as Bishop Guillermo Steckling of Ciudad del Este announced yesterday.
