Notre Dame Cathedral burns in the flames and the children's film that shows this moment, more than 20 years ago, was found.
There are more than 400 firefighters who, for over four hours, fought against the flames that erupted in the iconic Notre-Dame cathedral, in Paris. The fire would have started from the ongoing reconstruction tasks. This fact caused a great stir since it is a very important building and one of the most visited of Europe, as a great historical element.
If of Notre-Dame cathedral we speak, direct reference is made to the story that revolves around. "The Hunchback of Our Lady", the film that Disney launched in 1996 telling the life of Quasimodo, a man separated from society by his physical appearance. The story is the work of the French writer Victor Hugo.
Of course, this story has found all its relevance on this day during which the Notre-Dame cathedral was devastated by the flames. You can relate directly to one of the final scenes of the children's movie.
"Fuego of Hell" is called the film's most popular song and when it starts to ring, it is seen as the villain of the story, Frollo, lights the fire in the cathedral. In this fire, Quasimodo moves among the flames to save Esmeralda, the gypsy who steals the heart of the protagonist.
Quasimodo's struggle to leave the scene and escape with the woman ends up being victorious. And even if the story shows a life of improvement and a will to go forward, it takes a different meaning today, this fire being a fact "premonitory" for the episode that Paris lives today .
