Prosecutor Luciani opposes Cristina Kirchner's new trip to Cuba after OSP – Telam

The prosecutor Diego Luciani, who intervenes in the trial for the alleged treatment of public works during Kirchnerism, again objected to the fact that former President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner was allowed to travel to Cuba at during the oral and public debate.

"I find it embarrbading to make a request," said the prosecutor's representative in the opinion that he has submitted to the Federal Federal Court (TOF) 2, according to judicial sources.

The former president had asked permission to travel again to Cuba after the STEP elections, from August 22 to 30, for "personal reasons" that she would not have detailed, even if his daughter Florencia Kirchner was treated.
