Presidents of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, will be part of Prosur. that of Paraguay, Mario Abdó Benítez; from Peru, Martín Bizcarra; and that of Ecuador, Lenín Moreno. Bolivia and Suriname will not participate in this meeting, while Uruguay will participate only as an observer.

Meanwhile, Chilean social and political artists and organizations have called for a demonstration in Paseo Bulnes (a few meters from La Moneda) to refuse the arrival of Bolsonaro. On the other hand, after the leaders' meeting, Macri and Piñera held a bilateral meeting during which they signed an agreement to promote a free trade agreement between the two countries.
