Protestant lost his hand during demonstrations in Paris

One of the protesters of the movement "Yellow Vests" lost control Saturday, apparently following the outbreak of a grenade, during protests in Paris.

According to a police source, quoted by the local media, this person (who was not wearing a yellow vest) seized a tear gas can to give it to the police, but it exploded when he held it.

The doctors surrounded the injured man and gave him emergency treatment at the scene.

Protesters and police clashed during the 13th week of demonstrations of the "yellow vests" movement. The agents used tear gas to disperse the crowd before the start of the first clashes.

The courtyard of the Bourbon Palace, seat of the National Assembly, became the scene of a tense clash as a result of protesters' attempt to demolish the fences in front of the palace.
