Residents of Mendoza can now enjoy Plaza España after reopening

Finally the day has arrived: Residents of Ciudad, all Mendoza and tourists can now enjoy the iconic Plaza España which has been closed for several months due to redevelopment work. This Friday has been officially reopened by the mayor Rodolfo Suarez, who lived through moments of tension after his speech, to be incredulous by the members of ATE.
