SEP: When does the 2021 Easter holidays start?

March is one of the months with several school rest days, because according to the calendar of the Ministry of Public Instruction (Sep), has a commemorative rest date, the start of the Easter holidays, in addition to a non-working day by the meeting of Technical advice.

Therefore, a few days after receiving the third month of the year, in this space we will announce when the school holidays will be marked for students of the basic level, that is, preschool, primary and secondary.

According to SEP, the March Bridge is recorded from Saturday 13, Sunday 14 and Monday 15 of the same month, a day without activities for students due to the celebration of the birthday of Benito Juárez, which is celebrated on March 21, but the date has passed.

When are the Easter holidays? These will start from Monday March 29 until next Friday April 9, minors must therefore resume their activities on Monday 12 of the same month; However, this day is also recorded as a suspension of classes due to the meeting of the School’s Technical Council (CTE).

As for this month, next Friday February 19 there will be no lessons, since also teachers and directors will take the day for the CTE meeting.

It should be remembered that during the current school year (2020-2021), 190 school days and more than six public holidays are recorded, in addition to 11 rest dates for other situations.
