A woman was kidnapped by a stranger who kept her in her apartment. She was raped and tortured. The authorities are investigating the case.

A 23-year-old woman was kidnapped, raped and tortured by a man who kept her at home for 3 days, feeding her with pineapple cans and forcing her to read the Bible. The offender is in custody accused of kidnapping and aggravated rape.

It all started on January 22 when the woman went to a Mbadachusetts bar with her sister and friends. Victor Peña, 38, went out and took her to her apartment.
