In Argentina, 1,000 consumers were consulted between November and December 2018. The sample was controlled by quotas and the results showed a margin of error of +/- 3.1%, with a level of confidence 95%.

As detailed in Ipsos, the index determines the influence of brands on society and is explained through five dimensions: connectivity, vanguard, reliability, community commitment and presence. These dimensions encompbad 46 attributes present in the survey.

WhatsApp demonstrated a 35% lead, 27% reliability and 25% connectivity.
