Spanish justice dictated the provisional prison for Hugo Carvajal, the ex-general chavista arrested in Madrid

A Spanish judge dictated this Saturday provisional prison for the former head of the Venezuelan military counter-espionage service Hugo Carvajal, arrested Friday in Spain following a request for extradition of the United States for a crime related to drug trafficking.
