"Spider-man" is saved escaping from a burning building | Chronic

A young man was registered while he was recovering from a fire "Spiderman" in a building located in Philadelphia, United States. The subject was housed in an apartment on the 19th floor of the building. He went out the window of his house and along the wall to reach the public road unscathed.
