Starting Monday, July 16th, the Lucky Strike red box will cost $ 61 for the 20-unit pack and $ 33 for the 12-pack. For the Camel and Parisennes brands, the price will be $ 64 for the box version of 20 units. On the other hand, the price of 20 Pall Mall KS will be $ 60.

This is the fifth year increase applied by the tobacco companies, which had already updated their prices in January, February, March and May. By an Afip decree, formalized in early June, the prices of cigarettes will have four annual updates: in January, April, July and October of each year, for which the variation of the index will be taken into account. Consumer price (CPI) corresponding to the previous quarter. Therefore, for 2018, there remains one last update in October, based on the previous three months' inflation.
