An 18-year-old ignored a traffic light while driving and caused a fatal accident in Brooklyn, United States.
The videos shared on social networks show the moment when the driver ignores the stop and crosses the avenue, collides with another vehicle and bumps into the sidewalk. The collision causes the fall of the Honda Blue Suv on a cyclist stopped in the corner.
The images show the cyclist lifting his leg just before disappearing from the frame. The authorities identified the victim as José Alzorriz, 52, who lives in Park Slope. He was found unconscious at the scene of the accident and taken to Coney Island Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police reported that the driver was 18 years old.
