After a long wait, the interim president of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, surprised everyone by going to Cúcuta, on the border with Colombia, to attend the "Venezuela Aid Live" that he is looking for stimulate the entry of humanitarian aid and, in turn, raise 100 million dollars for the Venezuelan people.

A video shows when the opposition leader arrives in the border town of Colombia.

Another video broadcast on social networks shows the moment when Guaidó is received by the presidents Iván Duque (Colombia) and Sebastián Piñera (Chile), near the stage where more than 30 stars of Latin American music participated in the "Venezuela Aid Live".

The acting president was seen in the middle of the crowds who attended the grand recital and was always accompanied by Duque and Piñera. Upon hearing about his presence, people cheered him.

Even artists like Nacho thanked him his efforts to obtain humanitarian aid in Venezuela.

Although his word was expected, the acting president did not speak during the show.

Guaidó had to overcome several obstacles to travel to Cúcuta because is forbidden to leave the country after a provision of the Supreme Court chaviste.
