The alleged murderer of the Argentine lawyer in Mexico fell | Chronic

The third accused of the murder of Maria Martha BazanAn Argentine lawyer murdered at his home in Mexico has been arrested in the last hours. It was found in the municipality of Gutiérrez de Zamora, in Veracruz.

The Office of the Attorney General (FGR) of Mexico has confirmed the arrest of Joseph Eladio N., 28 years old, who had been on the run since September 10 when they suspected that he murdered Bazan at his home in Sayavedra County.

José Eladio was housed in Tlalnepantla prison and will be prosecuted for robbery with aggravation of the death of Mendoza, a crime for which they accused two other people: Karina N.domestic victim of the victim; and his cousin Marco Antonio N.

The investigators claim that Karina contacted her cousin to rob him of Bazán's house and that he asked for the collection of José Eladio. On this occasion, they killed the lawyer.

The case shocked the community. At least 200 residents of Sayavedra marched to seek clarification of the crime and questioned the operation of a private security company in the neighborhood, which subjects them to theft and extortion.

In this sense, they asked the Prosecutor to investigate the link between the society and the homicide of Argentina for omission or complicity in criminal acts.

Bazan was 48 years old and was the mother of two children aged 18 and 15. She was found murdered by a blow to the head at home. The home security cameras recorded the moment she entered a few hours earlier with a subject.
