The speech of Mauricio Macri at the opening of the ordinary sessions of The Congressall sorts of repercussions, either by the many failures of the euphoric end of screams and punches on the table.

But the popular ingenuity turned the presidential leaflet into a viral video that since yesterday invades social networks.
