The British Parliament rejected for the second time the agreement on Brexit

The British Parliament Tuesday rejected for the second time the agreement on the conditions for exit from the European Union (EU) that the UK's prime minister, conservative Theresa May, has agreed with Brussels.

By 391 votes to 242, the House of Commons refused to ratify the text, which included additional safeguards for the version voted in January that the mechanism to avoid a border in Northern Ireland would not be a permanent solution.

Now, as the Prime Minister has promised, he will submit to the vote of the House of Commons the acceptance of a breed without agreement. If legislators choose to reject it, they will have the opportunity, on Wednesday or Thursday, to vote to extend Brexit negotiations beyond March 29.

After Parliament's second refusal, the chief negotiator of the European Union (EU) for the "brexit", Micherl Barnier, said the bloc had done "whatever it could" to facilitate its approval. "The EU has done everything in its power to help approve the withdrawal agreement, the impbades can only be solved in the UK," Barnier said on Twitter, while stating that "our preparations for a" non-agreement "they are now more important than ever."
