The conflict began when the truck driver, a man identified Mark Fitzerald, 37 years oldand the other person, Richard Kamrowski, 65 years oldthey were involved in a minor accident with their respective vehicles.

According to local police reports, the vehicle was reported to have reached 112 km / h and would have traveled nearly five kilometers with the person under the hood.

The driver was arrested, charged with badault with a dangerous weapon, negligent and abandoned the scene of an accident causing property damage. Kamrowski was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
