In this case, coliving offers furnished apartments, with all services (including Wireless) and maintenance; but also, with common areas and special activities for tenants.

This concept began years ago in London and is now progressing in the United States and Europe.

Fahad Siddiqui, dedicated to this activity in Europe through the collective, created Casa Campus in Argentina, with which he operates two buildings in the city of Buenos Aires and two others in Pilar, in the suburbs. Now he has four more in development.

These are buildings with an average of 70 apartments, mainly single rooms, with up to 600 square meters of common areas.
