Since December, Felipe Ojeda Villagómez and Raúl Ojeda Villagómez hold respectively the positions of director of information technologies in the forecasts of public badistance and advisory manager to the National Lottery. Although Felipe Ojeda reports directly to the Deputy Director of Informatics, according to the forecasting organization manual, his brother Fernando has the power to make decisions about work throughout the body.

According to Article 24 of the Organic Statute of the organization, he is responsible for "administer and coordinate human, financial and material resources". In addition, he has the decision "process designation and change of affiliation, administrative boards, registrations or promotions, as well as disabilities, licenses and dismissals of workers".

For its part, Raúl Ojeda does not depend on the decisions made by his brother Fernando, since it occupies the second most important position of the Lotenal and He has the power to represent the institution both in Mexico and around the world. Felipe and Raúl Ojeda are involved in all areas of the organization in which they work, they execute everything related to planning, programming, budget, human resources, material resources and accounting, in addition to having the power to propose hiring in front of the Treasury.
