The Department of Health has published recommendations and protocols for the delta variant

It is estimated that very soon the delta variant it will become a real problem in the country. In this context, the Epidemiology Department of the National Ministry of Health, provided the following measures and recommendations:

People who are confirmed to be infected with covid-19 with the delta variant, had an epidemiological link with a confirmed case of this variant or which may be part of a chain of transmission of this stump, will have to isolate for 10 days. In the case of symptomatic patients, this will be at the onset of symptoms and asymptomatic patients will do so from the day of diagnosis. All should have a clinical follow-up with a frequency of at least three days.
