The dollar begins August on the rise

After declining 1.3% in January, the retail dollar has accumulated four consecutive months of gains: It rose 4.8% in February, 10.6% in March, 2.2% in April and 1.6% in May.

In June, it dropped by 5.2%. Thus, with the rise in July, the price shows a 16% increase since the beginning of the year, against an inflation of around 25% for the same period.
