The EU says it is a priority to conclude a trade agreement with Mercosur

"It would be a great loss if we did not get it, I'm going to spend all my time there", added the Commissioner, who hopes to conclude the agreement before December 31, when will end the mandate of the current European Commission, executive body of the EU.
