To keep more than $ 171,000, a woman formed a criminal group to kill her 69-year-old ex-husband and make her body disappear, after kidnapping her to force her to sign the transfer of property and an inheritance to his advantage.

On October 5, 2018, the farmer Luis Alberto Rojas left his home in Villavicencio in his truck to go to a medical appointment, then met his wife Aminta Chitiva, aka "Mintica", to advance the procedure judicial divorce. But he never came back.

On October 14, the community reported an abandoned van in the village of Los Arrayanes, an inspection of Pompeii, in the rural area of ​​Villavicencio, which coincided with Rojas' description. Indeed, this is how the officers were able to check it during the inspection of the premises.
