The grammatical error of Macri in the middle of the congress of the Spanish language

The president had an error reading the speech made during the opening which took place in the city of Córdoba.

The President Mauricio Macri inaugurated on VIIIth International Language Congress Española (CILE), at Teatro Libertador San Martín in the city of Córdoba. In the initial speech, he made a mistake.

The mistake is that he said "the first" when the correct use is "the first".

Macri was not the only one to be wrong, King Felipe VI quoted the famous writer Jorge Luis Borges under the name of "José" Luis Borges.
