Judge Royce Lamberth has indicated that he will rule on a possible release at a later date. The sentence will be known on November 17.

Angeli was among the mob of Trump supporters that invaded the Capitol on Jan.6 in an attempt to prevent lawmakers from validating Joe Biden’s victory in the presidential election.

The image of Angeli became an emblem of the capture of the Capitol. The scenes recorded by the photographers showed him with his face painted and a cap made of buffalo fur and horns. He also wore the naked torso, drawn with celtic tattoos, an american flag in the hands.

A follower of former President Trump, Angeli is better known as Q-Shaman by followers of QAnon, a movement that supports the existence of a secret society of power involving leaders of the Democratic Party, billionaires such as George Soros and Bill Gates and some Hollywood actors attending a international network of satanism and pedophilia.

In an interview with the Arizona Times newspaper, he pointed out that he wears the fur hat, paints his face and walks shirtless like a way to capture people’s attention when delivering your message about the QAnon.

He has also participated in protests to demand the reopening of Arizona businesses closed by local government as a restriction to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and has been seen in protests to challenge election results.

With his torso riddled with Viking-inspired tattoos, like the god Thor’s hammer Mjölnir and a tree of life, he captured everyone’s attention and even sitting on the Capitol grounds during which the joint session of the two Chambers was held to certify Biden’s victory.
