The king of Spain has arrived, but there was a role in Aeroparque

The King and Queen of Spain, Felipe VI and Letizia, arrived Sunday in Argentina as part of a state visit. They took part in various activities with President Mauricio Macri in Buenos Aires and the International Congress of the Spanish Language to be held in Córdoba.

The detail was that the maximum representatives of the Spanish Crown had to wait an hour above the plane that had moved them, once they had landed at Aeroparque, because there had not been stairs to get off the plane.

Already on the rails, Felipe VI and Letizia Ortiz Rocasolano have been received by Chancellor Jorge Faurie.

This is the first official visit to the country of a Spanish head of state for nearly 16 years, since the last time when King Juan Carlos and Sofia (Felipe's parents) did so in November 2003 .

The agenda of the kings will be intense. This Monday at 10:30, they will lay a wreath in front of the statue of General San Martín, in the Plaza de Retiro, a few meters from the Chancery. They will then share a lunch with Macri and his wife, Juliana Awada, at Casa Rosada.

In the afternoon, Felipe VI and Letizia will travel to the National Congress and then to the Supreme Court of Justice. In the evening, they will participate in a gala dinner at the CCK, offered in their honor by the Argentine government.

On Tuesday, the King of Spain will share a working breakfast with Argentine and Spanish entrepreneurs at the Chancery headquarters. Then, a business meeting related to innovation. Later, at age 13, in La Rural, kings will lead a mbadive meeting with the Spanish community.

In the night, Felipe VI will offer a dinner to the Argentine authorities. They will then go to Córdoba to inaugurate next to Macri the VIII International Congress of the Spanish Language (Cile), to be held from March 27 to 30. On this occasion, the theme of the event will be "America and the Future of Spanish: Culture and Education, Technology and Entrepreneurship".
