The moment snipers killed the kidnapper in Brazil: gunshots, panic and celebrations

Six shots, a dead man and a policeman making the sign of victory. This is how the hostage-taking ended with a microphone that tested the nerves of Brazilians Tuesday.

It was around 5.30 am when an armed man, who claimed to be a military police officer, abducted a bus with 37 people aboard the Rio-Niteroi Bridge.

According to the photos taken by the hostages themselves, the man bottles placed with gasoline in the bus and threatened to set the vehicle on fire.

El Bope, the elite group of the Brazilian police, was responsible for the operation and has he released six hostages, four women and two men.

Finally, at 09:04, the kidnapper got off the bus and several shots were heard, as you can see in a video of Or balloon. The police reported that one of his snipers killed the man. All the hostages came out unscathed.
