The American city of Glen Allen is shocked by the appearance of an enigmatic subject dubbed "the man at the head of television".

According to the neighbors, the subject visited several houses on Saturday night and Sunday morning.

Police have collected more than 60 obsolete devices at the entrance of homes located in Glen Allen, Virginia state.

The surveillance cameras have captured this mysterious person who has in his head something similar to television. Move the devices closer to the neighbors' poles and leave them in place.

By August 2018, recordings had already been recorded when at least 20 old televisions had been left at the entrances to the houses.
