The claims and arguments

The Rights Management Entity of Audiovisual Producers (EGEDA) claims a total of 546 million euros. And for its part, the defunct anti-piracy federation (AFP), now represented by Adivan, asks 9.5 million euros.

Seriesyonkis and Peliculasyonkis did not host copyrighted content, but links to other sites where this content could be viewed. This is one of the main arguments of the defense. They seek to rely on the fact that the pages have only worked as intermediaries and therefore can not be held responsible.
