The Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Luis Gneiting, and the owners of the ARP, Luis Villasanti, attended among others; regional missions, Víctor Miranda; from Fundasa, Antonio Vasconcellos; and Senacsa, Fredis Estigarribia. On this occasion, Estigarribia explained that the goal was to vaccinate some 8,300,000 cattle, excluding cows and oxen, which would in turn be 5,000,000 head.
