The quarterer of Villa 31 has been delivered to Encarnación

This is Waldo Servián Riquelme, who had an arrest warrant for being the prime suspect in the bloody murder of his concubine on March 16 this year in the Retiro district of Buenos Aires.

The dismembered body of a 37-year-old woman was found on Saturday, March 16 in a block 110 house of Villa 31a in Retiro, Buenos Aires. The murderer used a mill to tear the woman.

Since then he had been looking for his partner, also of Paraguayan nationality, who had disappeared since the day of the brutal murder.
