The story of the selfie with two gorillas in Congo

A photo of a caregiver with two gorillas, was one of the pictures with more tastes in recent days. She is the guardian of Virunga National Park, Democratic Republic of Congo, with two female gorillas standing on two legs to mimic their human caregivers.

The photographs of Mathieu Shamavu and Patrick, as well as Ndakazi and Ndeze primates, have attracted the attention of the whole world.

The two gorillas were saved in 2007 when poachers killed their parents.
Due to the reverberation of the image, the Virunga National Park has requested international badistance to maintain the preservation of this species.
