The Supreme Court of Chavista has ordered the lifting of Juan Guaidó's parliamentary immunity and the regime can stop him at any time

The Nicolás Maduro regime has taken a new step by surrounding the interim president Juan Guaidó. On Monday, the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) of Venezuela ordered the chavista to the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) pave the parliamentary immunity of the Leader of the Opposition.

The resolution of the highest court was announced by its president, Maikel Moreno: "The President of the National Constituent Assembly will be asked to proceed with the acquiescence of Juan Guaidó's parliamentary immunity for violation of the measures imposed by the court."

Chavez justice has invoked contempt after Guaidó went to Colombia despite the "prohibition to leave the country" that the TSJ had imposed on him.

In addition, the acting president was declared blatant and Moreno ordered the prosecutor's office to open an investigation without prejudice to merit.

During his statement, the magistrate chavista also recalled that it weighs on the figure of Guaidó a "blockage of bank accounts or any instrument on Venezuelan soil".

He announced for its part the imposition of a fine for violation of the ban on leaving the country, imposed on January 29: "We urge that this sentence be executed and we will proceed to a investigation for violation thereof ".

At the same time that Moreno announced this measure, Diosdado Cabello, president of the Constituent Assembly, warned that "Justice will act against those who have violated the Constitution."

"The time of justice is the time of justice," he said.

This announcement takes place a few days after the decease imposed by the Controller to Guaidó to occupy a public position for 15 years. This body, also under the control of the Maduro regime, accused the interim president of usurping public office, alleged corruption and inconsistencies in his sworn statement.
