The leaders of the Catholic Church in the United States were identified this Thursday at 286. the priests and other ecclesiastical accusations that allegedly badually abused minors in recent decades.

According to the diocese of the state of Texas, all the priests accused have died or were removed from the clergy, or both. Two priests in Houston have recently been the subject of allegations, while another in San Antonio is under investigation.
The bishops of Texas have decided to publicize the names of these priests because it is right and just to offer healing and hope to those who have suffered, said Cardinal Daniel DiNardo, of the Diocese of Galveston-Houston and President of the Conference of Catholic Bishops of the United States.
The dioceses of this state had promised last October to publish this exhaustive list dating from the 1950s. In the main cities of the state: San Antonio, Houston and Dallas, there were respectively 57, 42 and 31 names. Some appear repeated in several lists.
