The CIPO is an American institution dependent on the US Congressional Budget created in 1971 and it encourages North American investment in emerging countries. Last year, this historic institution doubled its overseas investment budget in projects where US companies are linked.

. Cañadón León (Santa Cruz) wind farm with YPF Gas y Energía for a loan of 50 million USD.
. Expansion of logistic parks in Greater Buenos Aires of the company Plaza Logística to develop the deposits and improve the logistics network of an amount of USD 45 million.
With these funding projects, which have the full support of Trump, the US government is seeking to give a new signal of rapprochement with Argentina. This investment package is part of other announcements that Macri and Trump will make next Friday at Casa Rosada.
