The world in danger: Gmail and Google Drive also fell

In a day during which Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp also broke down, some of Google's platforms also experienced failures on Wednesday and users have not ignored.

After three long hours of anguish, Google has restored the operation of its Gmail email service and Drive storage tool.

As stated by the company, Gmail and Drive had problems that were clbadified as "service disruption".

Some of the failures reported by users include: "error messages, high latency, and other unexpected behaviors". In Gmail, the most common errors are accessing attachments, saving and accessing drafts, and sending e-mails. In Drive, they have problems loading and downloading files.

Among the regions most affected by Gmail's problems are the United States, India and Southeast Asia, as well as Europe, especially the United Kingdom.
