They analyze the restrictions for Easter, focusing on entry and exit from abroad

The national government is analyzing restrictions to prevent traffic at Easter from increasing the contagion of the coronavirus, in the face of the impending “second wave”, with an emphasis on entering and leaving the country, but with interprovincial traffic activated.

This is, according to TN.com.ar, a measure to support tourist and commercial activity, albeit with intensified controls so that contagion prevention measures are respected.

The restrictions will cover borders and international flights, as well as the RAP and the mandatory 14-day quarantine that those returning to the country must complete.

Holy Week will be celebrated from Saturday March 27 to Monday April 5 and an intense movement is expected towards the main tourist centers, including the Atlantic coast.

At the meeting held Monday by Eduardo Wado de Pedro (Interior); Mario Meoni (Transport) and Sabina Frederic (Security) with the governors of the provinces with border crossings, it was decided to increase border controls with other countries, notes TN. And he adds that “particular attention will be paid to the epidemiological situation of Bolivia, Paraguay and Brazil”.
